Article XII. Applicability
Clarifies the scope, jurisdiction, and applicability of the Student Government Election Code.
Section 1.
This Election Code shall take effect after the ratification and approval of the majority of the votes cast in a plebiscite and fifteen (15) days after posting in the bulletin boards of each department/college/campus. Provisions in the Student Handbook and USG Constitution and By-Laws which are related and are not inconsistent with this Code are hereby adopted. HEREBY ADOPTED by the NEUST USG Student Government Commission on Election this day of 2021.
